Stellenbosch
Stellenbosch is located just 55 km to the east of Cape Town. Stellenbosch is in a hilly region of the Cape Winelands and is sheltered in a valley at an average elevation of 136m, flanked on the west by Papegaaiberg. The soils are dark alluvial to clay soils and combined with the well-drained, hilly terrain and Mediterranean climate. Summers are dry and warm to hot, with some February and March days rising to over 40 °C . Winters are cool, rainy and sometimes quite windy, with daytime temperatures averaging 16 °C. Snow is usually seen a couple of times in winter on the surrounding mountains. Spring and autumn are shoulder seasons and daytime temperatures hover in the 20°C’s.
BLAAUWKLIPPEN
Chenin Blanc 2012
Bright, fresh and easy drinking, with an abundance of sweet melon and ripe pear aromas that follow through from the nose on to the palate. Medium to full-bodied, with a long, clean, complex finish.

White Zinfandel 2011
This refreshing Zinfandel Blanc de Noir, with its salmon colour was made from whole bunch pressed grapes. Layers of peach apricot and quince on the nose which follows through neatly to the palate.

Cabriolet 2006 Magnum

Mature Bordeaux blend in Magnum!

A classic selection of Noble Varietals: 33% Petit Verdot, 13% Shiraz, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Malbec and 2% Cabernet Franc. Beautifully complex with aromas of eucalyptus, coffee and cloves. The palate is suprisingly fresh with bitter cherries, dark chocolate and blackcurrants, hints of cloves, tobacco and spice on the back palate.

Matured for 3 months on fine lees, mixed occasionally. Can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes, including fish and seafood, chicken and garden salads, as well as sushi and certain Thai meals.

Zinfandel 2010 NOBLE LATE HARVEST
An elegant combination of the unique Zinfandel variety and the Blaauwklipen terroir. Fermented and matured in small oak barrels results in a delicately balanced desert wine. Clear dark red colour with stewed fruit aromas and a crisp acidity.
